Any changes to your order you make must be notified to us in writing. If you amend or change your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you’ll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend or cancel the order). Once you have taken delivery or collected your purchase, we will only give refunds in accordance with your legal rights, for example, if the goods are not fit for purpose or as described. If an item is required for return, we will charge you the cost of collection of which you will be notified at the time of cancellation. In addition, any delivery charges are also non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or the cancellation has been made in accordance with your legal rights. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession to be returned to us.If the product does not fit into your home, it will be classed as a cancelled order and costs will be incurred by you.No refunds or exchanges on “sale stock” unless the goods are faulty.
Dispatch Costs: Subject to certain geographic, size and product limitations, delivery within 40 miles will cost you £50.00. Small items £6.99.
How Will My Order be Delivered?
We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order.
Sitting on the edge of the seat cushion will cause premature wearing and distortion of the fillings. Some fabrics may fade in time if exposed to strong sunlight over long periods – please consider this when positioning your furniture in the room.
Caring for Velvet and Chenille type fabrics: These luxurious textured fabrics can have a tendency to crush, crease and flatten during normal use. This is not a fault or sign of wear but is simple pile displacement that is an inherent characteristic of these types of fabrics. Where the seat cushion is removable, this should be reversed on a regular basis. These are pile fabrics and should be brushed lightly with a soft brush or vacuumed lightly on a low suction in order to optimize appearance retention.
How Will My Order be Delivered?
To ensure a Covid-safe Contact-free delivery, before delivering your furniture we will send you a delivery guide which will outline our safety precautions, as well as provide details on how we will ensure a contact-free delivery.
You will be asked to confirm which room you’d like the product placed, where in the room you would like your furniture to be positioned.
As reassurance that you are in safe hands your delivery team will always:
- Sanitise their hands before entering your home.
- Wear the appropriate personal protection provided.
- Maintain a 2 metre distance from you and anyone in your household; as advised by the Government (where possible).
- Ensure there is no physical contact between you and them.
- Adjust how they do things to suit you; please just let them know if there is anything additional they can do to make you feel comfortable with the service provided.
